Use this short range attack formation to wreak havoc on the opposition closest to you. Although it has a relatively high energy cost, one deployment may be enough since it inflicts heavy damage on passive defense bots. The high damage capability of Shockwave negatively impacts this unit’s survival rate as whenever an attacker attempts to cause damage, damage is incurred as a price of conflict. Shockwave’s low shields make it a poor match in skirmishes versus active defense Seekers. Shockwave uses the Bot Launcher that you were given when you enlisted. Upgrade your Bot Launcher to improve this formation’s survival rate.

This attack packs an awesome offensive punch without requiring the use of an upgrade or consumable item from the depot. However the formations heavy damage capability results in big sacrifices to it shields. Survivors offer little resistance as a defensive unit, and should you be unlucky enough to launch Shockwave at a zone containing embedded Seekers, you will hear screams of nano-horror as the Seekers decimate these weakly shielded bots in a preemptive counter attack.
