Deflection is your primary defensive formation. Bots launched in this short range formation do not engage enemy nanobots on deployment but instead provide strong resistance against invading enemy forces attempting to damage your other bots. They are ideal for reinforcing territory already held. This formation requires the Bot Launcher that you were given when you enlisted. Upgrade your Bot Launcher to improve this formation’s survival rate when attempting to build a beachhead in enemy held battle zones. Deflection bots hold the line on defense behind the larger Absorber bots.

This is your basic defense bot. Pile these free bots into your zone to establish a base defensive position. As with all defensive bots (except Seekers) this bot will not fight its way into a zone, but rather plow headlong into the zone taking fire, and losses, along the way. If possible, take out the offensive opponents in the zone before sending in your deflectors. Alternatively, maximize your scope’s survivability and push Deflectors in despite the losses, when establishing a beachhead.
